Below are the positions and job descriptions of our open position.

Scheduling Coordinator/Patient Concierge

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Be the best part of the patients’ day
  • Create an amazing first impression and daily experience for all patients
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Welcome all of our patients with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Check patients in and out for their appointments
  • Verify patient paperwork
  • Create and maintain a comfortable environment, tidy reception area, coffee bar, etc.
  • Responsible to make sure all patients have a future appointment
  • Manage a fluid, balanced schedule
  • Morning meeting reports
  • Coordinate and distribute appropriate correspondence to/from referring doctors
  • Charge and collect payments when necessary
  • Field patient questions and direct to the appropriate team member

Orthodontic Assistant

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Be the best part of the patients’ day
  • Greet & seat patient in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Help ensure all appliances have been received for the next day
  • Daily care calls made to patients
  • Maintain sterilization and make sure OSHA standards are met
  • Take/Upload patient records (X-rays, intraoral photos, and 3D scan)
  • Remove and place orthodontic wires
  • Perform all duties associated with Invisalign/Clear aligner procedure
  • Assist doctor with bonding brackets
  • Place separators
  • Fit bands for different types of appliances
  • Place/deliver appliances like retainers, expanders, etc.
  • Take accurate impressions
  • Fabricate retainers and/or fill out appropriate lab slips
  • Morning meeting reports
  • Maintain safety protocols
    Removing brackets/attachments with adhesive
    Make sure clinical supplies are stocked
